Project Overview

We partnered with The Sweet Setup to create a huge catalog of the best apps for your iPhone, iPad, and Mac. Since 2013, The Sweet Setup has been reviewing apps, writing articles, and being all an around awesome place for the tech savvy to stay up on the best apps for your Apple devices.

The challenge with having a massive catalog of articles spanning eighteen categories is displaying the articles in a way that is both tidy and enticing. We came up with a simple category grid with eye-catching icons to help the eye naturally find its place.

Inkblot led the design phase, while the stellar Jonathan Christopher led the website development.

Since launching in 2013, The Sweet Setup has seen an average of 500,000 monthly users, as well as a total of 33,000 subscribers and followers via RSS, Twitter, and email newsletter.
